Advanced Reporting - Team Calls by Number

Advanced Reporting is available to both Contact and Enterprise license holders and gives Admins and Supervisors the ability to monitor team calls by number(s).  The report can be found under the Analytics section of your AVOXI platform, to get started simply follow the below steps.

  • Log in to your AVOX account.
  • Select the "Analytics" section located on the left-hand navigator.
  • Next, select the "Advanced Reporting" tab. 
  • Filter by Teams- You can filter by one or multiple teams up to a maximum limit of 10 teams at one time.
  • Filter by Number - Next select the number(s) you wish to filter by, you can also filter to a maximum of 10 numbers at one time. 
  • Date and Timezone
    • Use the date picker located on the top right corner to select the desired date range.
    • By default, the dashboard will use your account Timezone.
    • Using the shortcuts to select the time interval. 
  • Your dashboard will automatically update based on your filter criteria. 

Tip: If you have the permission to do so, you can use the Share Report, Download, or Schedule reports features to share/download real-time metrics.

Report Alignment

Total Talk Time may not align exactly with your bill for the month. This is expected, please refer to your bill for correct call durations in alignment with your billing increment.
