New! - Number Testing — Connectivity Test type is back!
- Now known as the Inbound Connectivity Test.
- This test verifies that numbers are reachable for all inbound calls. Ensure that the call rings and is answered by the right destination without negatively impacting the agent's experience.
- Ultimately if the call hits AVOXI successfully it will end before following the forwarding rules.
