Enhancements - Flow Builder - Integration Screen Pop Settings:
- Removed Screen pop setting as team-level
- A screen pop is enabled for all customers with active Integration by default.
- With native integrations, Screen pop can no longer be enabled/disabled.
Enhancements - Contact Center (Feature Flag ) - Updates to Agent Reporting
- Added a fixed number of Agents or Teams shown in the filter (15) and then provided overflow if the user is filtering on more Agents or Teams so that it doesn't take up too much space. Additional Agents or Teams will be shown when hovering over.
- Added tooltips to Team and Agent filters to provide more detail on the changed behavior of the Team and Agent filters on Agent reports.
- We added the ability to output the Agent Status Logs via CSV or scheduled reports across multiple Agents.
