AVOXI Deployment Summary: With this week's release, we launched adjustments for Webphone, MFA, and Ringtone issues.
Product Adjustments and Fixes
- Ring Tone: This issue where the Agent would continue to hear ringing after answering a call.
- Webphone: This issue where popping out the webphone while entering a pause status would lock up the webphone.
- MFA: Users can now use their recovery codes when resetting. In addition, we fixed an issue where user details are removed when the admin resets the MFA factor.
