AVOXI Release Notes - October 4, 2022

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. In addition, we released our new Australia Data Center and enhancements to our Airtable and Zoho integrations,


NEW Geo-Genius Australia Data Center 

With this release, all new Australia and New Zealand numbers will auto-assign to the new Australia data center, and customers will be able to select the Australia DC in the AVOXI Platform. Find answers to FAQs or use the below KB Guides for additional information:

 

Enchancements Airtable Integration

Airtable integration can now be requested via UI → Integrations > Find My Integration > Airtable card > Request. It can be configured and managed on backed webhooks via API. Learn more in our Airtable Configuration Guide or our Internal Overview Guide

 

Enhancements Zoho Integration 

With this release, supervisors can see additional Call Details in my Zoho integration tickets to better analyze and compare the tickets to the calls in AVOXI. (Customer: United Property)
