Product Adjustments/Fixes
- DTMF Delay - We released a fix for isolated issues where there was a delay in the processing for DTMF in an IVR option.
- True Local Fix - Fixed an issue with outbound SIP trunk for Truelocal numbers on the AVOXI platform.
- Non-E164 Numbers Fix - We had instances where a number was added to the AVOXI Platform in a non-E164 format. We have fixed the format and created a user error message to prevent this from happening in the future.
- Call Analytics Fix - There were isolated instances when agents were unavailable but still presented with calls. This lead to a large number of Unanswered Team calls in Analytics. This fix makes the syncing process more reliable. If this condition is met in the future there will be far fewer extraneous unanswered events for the agent.
- Multiple Calls Fix - We resolved an issue where there were multiple calls ringing the webphone at the same time.
