AVOXI Deployment Summary: As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. In addition, we released enhancements to Number Portability and Call Journey.
Enhancement Number Portability Leadtime
Customers can now view the estimated lead time to port their number via their Order Status tab within their AVOXI online platform. When no lead port time is available, the customer sees "to be determined."
Enhancement Call Journey
Users with access to call details can now see when a call was answered so that I can differentiate when a call came in and when it was responded to. In addition, we expanded user extensions to be up to 6 digits.
