New Number Portability Tester
Our new AVOXI Number Portability Tester is now visible to all AVOXI platform customers; this includes an in-product user flow. In addition, you can use our customer-facing self-help user guide and Sales One Pager (Internal) for more information.
Product Fixes & Adjustments
- Webphone: A fix for an issue where a customer reported agents received calls, but some inbound/outbound calls did not have the caller ID presented on the web phone.
- Issue Adding New Users: A fix for a case where customers could not add more than one user at a time.
