What's New
NEW Numbers Report
- Beta customers can now view call metrics by Phone Number
- To gain access please email our customer support team at service@avoxi.com.
Adjustments
- We fixed an isolated issue where DTMF digits were not being handled correctly when dialed from the AVOXI webphone.
Coming Soon
- Dispositions on all calls will soon be available to all AVOXI License holders.
- With your next invoice, you will have the ability to download Call Details Records (CDRs) with a breakout of all call costs associated with your invoice.
