AVOXI Deployment Summary: In this week's release, we launched SRTP encryption and timezones filtering functionality to Scheduled reports. In addition, we implemented documentation enhancements to our API and resolved an issue with the voicemail greetings.
What's New
SRTP (Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol)
We now provide our customers the ability to use Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP) encryption, which can be configured at any time from the customer in-application SIP connection. If configured, both TLS and SRTP are used to encrypt calls between you and AVOXI. TLS/SRTP can be used for both inbound and outbound voice services (Originating and Terminating).
Learn more about our SRTP functionality and Global Network and Security. Configuration details and certificates can also be viewed in our SIP URI - Forwarding and SIP Trunking - Outbound guides.
Include Timezones in Schedule Reports
Supervisors can now schedule reports based on a specific time zone and obtain more detailed information about callers. These can then be shared with others in relevant time zones.
