As a Genius Admin with an assigned License, the Answer Call functionality allows you to answer a call that is currently waiting in the Live Teams dashboard, regardless of whether you as an Admin are part of that Team.
Click the 3 dots to see the drop-down option 'Answer call'
The webphone will appear with the call active and ready to handle.
