AVOXI offers SMS forwarding for business use that can be added to any US/Canada and 11 other countries' virtual numbers upon purchase via the AVOXI online shopping cart or afterward in the Genius online platform.
We offer six monthly SMS plans for US/Canada numbers and four monthly SMS plans for local international numbers with a text messaging volume to match your individual business needs. There are no setup or cancellation fees, no minimum contract, or additional hardware required.
Your monthly SMS plan for US and Canada can be canceled, upgraded, or downgraded via your Genius online portal. Your international SMS plan cannot be canceled but can be upgraded or downgraded.
Canceling an Existing SMS Plan
- Once logged into your Genius account, select the "Numbers" section located on the left-hand navigator.
- Next, "Click" the SMS-enabled phone number you want to manage.
- You will now be re-directed to the "Configure number" profile page.
- Select the "Cancel SMS Plan" button to cancel an existing plan.
Upgrading / Downgrading an Existing SMS Plan
Once you have canceled your existing plan using the above steps, you can now proceed to upgrade/downgrade.
- Select the "Enable SMS" button located on the "Profile" tab of the configure number page (see above steps to navigate to this page).
- Next, using the "select" button, select the required monthly SMS plan.
- When ready, click the "Authorize Purchase" button to complete your purchase.
