Use the below steps to manage your profile and see your general information.
- Select the avatar in the left-side navigation to be taken to your Account and Preferences page.
- Personal Details: Edit your details, including name, email address, and caller ID, then select Save.
- License: AVOXI offers two different license types; Contact and Enterprise. Admins can upgrade and add licenses anytime via the AVOXI online portal. Each license provides access to features within the AVOXI platform, with role settings determining user permissions. Learn more here!
- Extension: This is the internal number users will use to call you.
- Outbound Caller ID: As an agent, you can choose your default outbound caller ID using the available numbers in the dropdown.
