Live Transcription
To assist your Agents who are hard of hearing, and those who benefit from seeing a live transcription of their calls, we can enable Google Chrome's Transcription feature to allow transcription to appear as a caller is talking to your Agents.
How to enable Live Transcription in Chrome
- Open up the Google Chrome Settings
 - Go to the Accessibility menu via the left sidebar
 - In the Accessibility options, enable the Live Caption option. Also choose the language you'd like to use here
- Note: You can also, optionally, choose to enable Live Translation
 
 

Seeing Live Transcription on a call in Genius
- Turn on Live Caption in Google Chrome Accessibility settings above
 - Take a call via your webphone
 - When the caller talks, you should see a caption appear in your Chrome browser showing what the caller is saying
