The Unlimited Package is available to all Contact and Enterprise license holders for an additional $9.99 per month, per number. This package provides unlimited inbound and outbound calling across the United States and Canada when using the Genius webphone.

Product Restrictions & Limitations

• Number Exclusions: This offer applies to DID numbers only. Toll-Free numbers are excluded.

• Premium Exchanges: Certain "hard-to-get" numbers are excluded, including but not limited to:

  • New York City (212)

  • Toronto (416)

  • Los Angeles (Select Exchanges)

• Geographic Exclusions: Calls to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in the unlimited destination list.

• Technical Exclusions: External forwarding and Forwarding to SIP are not included; standard termination fees will apply.

• Queue Callback: If the Queue Callback feature is enabled, the callback is not free. However, it will be billed at a significantly lower terminating rate compared to manual webphone dialing.

Acceptable Fair Use Policy

To ensure service quality and prevent system abuse, unlimited calling is subject to a Fair Usage limit of 3,600 minutes per number, per month.

Notice: AVOXI reserves the right to suspend services if usage is deemed unlawful or violates the Fair Use Policy. Whenever possible, AVOXI will provide written notice and a reasonable window to adjust usage before taking action.
