AVOXI supports SIP integrations into various UCaaS and CCaaS platforms. As a global virtual number partner, AVOXI provides worldwide voice coverage and a seamless experience for your voice and contact center needs.
As part of our Premium Cloud Service, our global voice network can be integrated into your existing RingCentral solution, giving you the added benefit of more complete international voice coverage, fewer vendors, and improved call quality.
Premium Cloud Service Required
The RingCentral integration is only available to customers on the Premium Cloud Service plan. Please contact your account manager to confirm eligibility or to upgrade.
Regional Availability
The RingCentral integration is currently available for numbers in the following regions:
- APAC (Asia-Pacific)
- LATAM (Latin America)
Coming Soon: Support for EU (Europe) is in progress. Numbers outside of the currently supported regions cannot be enabled for use with this integration at this time.
Getting Started
To set up the RingCentral integration, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the SIP Marketplace
- Select RingCentral from the SIP Marketplace menu
- Submit a request
- Your account manager will contact you regarding next steps
- Once your request has been finalized, your integration will be configured within the platform
- Our support team will advise you of any additional steps that may be needed on your side
- A SIP URI will be automatically created
- A SIP Trunk will be automatically created
Enable Numbers for RingCentral
Once your integration has been configured, you can enable numbers for use with RingCentral at any time. Only numbers in supported regions (APAC, LATAM) can be enabled.
Enable a Single Number
- Navigate to Numbers
- Select the number you wish to enable
- Scroll to the bottom of the Number Profile
- Select the RingCentral SIP integration
- If you have multiple integrations configured, they will all be listed here

- Select the three dots in the upper-right-hand corner of the table
- Select Modify SIP Integration

Review Forwarding Rules
After enabling a number, review its forwarding configuration:
- Navigate to the Forwarding tab on the Number Profile
- A forwarding rule is automatically created when a number is enabled for use with a SIP integration
- If multiple SIP URIs exist for RingCentral, one will be selected at random
- Confirm that the number is forwarding to the correct SIP URI
- You can adjust the Data Center and forwarding rule configuration as needed
Map Numbers in Your RingCentral Tenant
After enabling your numbers in AVOXI, you must contact RingCentral Support to complete the setup. RingCentral needs to map your numbers within their platform before calls can flow correctly.
- Submit a support case directly with RingCentral requesting that your numbers be enabled within your RingCentral tenant
- Provide RingCentral with the list of numbers you have enabled in AVOXI
- Once RingCentral confirms the numbers are mapped, your integration is ready to use
Note: This step is required for all numbers — both new and existing. AVOXI Support cannot complete this step on your behalf.
Disable RingCentral SIP Integration on a Number
If you no longer wish to use a number with RingCentral but still wish to keep the number active, you can cancel the SIP integration at the number level.
Disable a Single Number
- Navigate to Numbers
- Select the number you wish to modify
- On the Number Profile, scroll down to the SIP Integration section
- Select Cancel SIP Integration
- The number will no longer be enabled for use with RingCentral
- Forwarding rules will be deleted
- The number can be re-enabled at any time, or enabled for use with another SIP integration
Disable Numbers in Bulk
- On the Numbers page, select the numbers you wish to modify
- Select the three dots in the upper-right-hand corner of the table
- Select Modify SIP Integration
- Select Cancel SIP Integration
Legacy Integrations
Customers currently using custom SIP connections for RingCentral may continue to use their existing setup. However, to access the automated features and updated URI support, an upgrade to the new integration flow is required.
Note: Existing custom SIP URI configurations will not be migrated automatically. Contact your account manager or AVOXI Support to discuss upgrading to the new RingCentral integration flow.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your RingCentral integration entirely, please contact AVOXI Support. Note that the SIP Trunk cannot be self-deleted and must be removed by the support team (support@avoxi.com).
