Effective September 15, 2025, new government regulations in Vietnam regarding outbound calls from Vietnam DID numbers will require the following to be compliant with local supplier VNPT.

• Brand name display is mandatory for all outbound calls from Vietnam DID numbers.
• Calls to off-net networks will be temporarily suspended until local vendors enable brand name display with domestic operators.
• Calls to VNPT subscribers (on-net) will require a registered brand name. For this, you need to provide:
  • Vietnam Business Registration Certificate
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) for the brand name
