OnScript AI - AI Post-Call Analysis

One of the integrations we provide in our AI Marketplace is OnScript AI.

OnScript AI provides AI Post-Call Analysis to enhance your Quality Assurance process by analyzing your call recordings and providing you the key insights you need without having to listen to the recording yourself. 

With our OnScript AI integration you gain the following for any calls you send through the integration:

  • Diarized Call Transcript
  • Call Summary with details, takeaways, and more
  • Call Scoring via configurable questions
  • Agent Adherence
  • Sentiment Analysis/Call Sentiment
  • Vocalytics

If these features are appealing to you and you do not currently have a subscription through OnScript AI, please reach out to your Account Manager or support@avoxi.com and we can work with OnScript AI to set up a trial.

Configuring OnScript AI Integration in Genius

To set up the OnScript AI Integration:

  1. Go to AI Marketplace (https://genius.avoxi.com/ai)
  2. Click on Connect on the OnScript AI integration
  3. Go to OnScript AI and login to your account
    1. Note: If you do not currently have an OnScript AI account, please reach out to your Account Manager or support@avoxi.com and we can work with OnScript AI to set up a trial for you
  4.  Go to a Campaign in OnScript AI and go to the Settings tab
  1. Go to the bottom of the Campaign Details section, open the API Key Type dropdown, and choose Company Level
  1. Copy the API Key and go back into Genius where you should have the Configuration tab of the OnScript AI page open. Paste the API Key into the API Key input box, then click Connect
  1. You have now connected OnScript to Genius! On the AI Call Analysis tab a new configuration should be set up for you, so now we just need to add that configuration to your Numbers so we can send those Call Recordings to OnScript AI for processing after the call completes.
    1. Go to the Numbers page in Genius and click on a Number that you want to enable AI Post-Call Analysis
    2. Scroll down to the Call Recording section - you should see an AI Call Analysis box - click in this box and choose your configuration for OnScript which should appear in the box.
      1. Note: If no configurations appear here, you may need to go back to the AI Marketplace and configure the OnScript integration to set up a configuration. This is how we tell OnScript about the call and some key information about the call.

Linking the Genius Call Activity screen to OnScript Call Analysis

If you would like to see a link to the OnScript Call Analysis directly from the Call Journey (in My Activity/Company Activity), follow the below steps (Admin user required):

  1. Go to API Tokens
  2. Click the Add Token button in the top-right
  1. Give your token a name and click Generate Token, then copy down your token somewhere outside of Genius (you will not be able to view again after this point)
  2. Go to OnScript and go to a Campaign (or create one if you do not have one) and click on Settings, and go to the Webhook option
  3. Make sure the Webhook Configuration is Active at the top of the page, then enter the following URL into the Webhook URL field:
    1. https://development-us1.avoxi.com/api/v2/ai/onscriptaiV1/callback/post_call_analysis?_token=[Add Your Genius Token Here]
    2. Make sure you've turned on Metadata and Call Details, all other settings will not be in use at this time.
  1. Links to your calls should now be flowing back to Genius! Test out a call in Genius, confirm that the call gets processed in OnScript, and then after the call is showing in OnScript check the Call Journey in Company Activity to confirm there is a link at the bottom of Call Journey back to the OnScript Call Analysis for that call.
