If you need to cancel or reduce the number of licenses on your account, please follow the steps below. Remember that, except for Super Admin Users, any changes to your total license count must be processed by our Support Team.
Step 1: Unassign Unwanted Licenses
Before your license reduction request can be processed, you must first unassign the licenses you no longer need from any users currently assigned to them.
Step 2: Submit Your License Removal
The process for removing licenses differs based on your user role:
Super Admins: Can remove a license directly in the Genius portal themselves.
All Other Users: Must submit a request for license removal to our Support Team via one of the following methods:

⚠️ Important Minimum License Requirement
Please note that your account must maintain a minimum of three (3) active licenses at all times. Requests that would result in a total license count below three will not be processed.
