Outbound Caller ID?
Outbound Caller ID is the phone number displayed on the call recipient device (desk phone, Softphone, and mobile apps) when you make a call.
Caller ID for Incoming Calls
Inbound “Caller ID” is displayed when receiving a call.
Local Caller ID (CLI) international compatibility
Local Caller ID, also known as CLI is the Caller ID when making in-country calls. Standard E.164 formatted caller IDs may not be rendered properly if a call is made across international borders. AVOXI products provide local Caller ID (CLI) for calls made to European countries like the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, and the United States, Canada. This can however not be guaranteed and numbers may not be delivered properly with international calls are placed.

International Caller ID Restrictions
Standard E.164 formatted caller IDs may not be adequately rendered if a call is made across international borders. AVOXI products provide local Caller ID (CLI) for calls made to most countries. This can however not be guaranteed and numbers may not be adequately delivered with international calls are placed.
